Philippa has an impressive academic journey spanning psychology alongside nutrition and dietetics offering a unique perspective for clients and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Dementia, with additional training gained in Health at Every Size and the Non-Diet approach, FODMAPS, eating disorders, and gut health. As a staunch advocate for telehealth, Cassandra aims to reach and assist individuals across Australia, ensuring high-quality nutrition education and management are accessible from the comfort of your home.
Catarina is a passionate and experienced occupational therapist dedicated to helping individuals achieve independence and improve their quality of life. Throughout her extensive career, Catarina has predominantly worked in the community setting supporting adults/older adults to enhance their daily living skills and remain living safely in their home. Her compassionate and patient approach ensures that each person receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Catarina enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, being outdoors, music and baking.
She loves anything outdoors, eating out, pets, family and learning new things. At some stage she hopes to move regionally to enjoy a property, dogs, horses and the great outdoors.
Charlotte has more than 8 years’ experience working with older people across Residential, Home Care and Rehabilitation settings internationally, including the UK and Australia. She is passionate about maintaining the independence and mobility of older adults, so that they can enjoy a better quality of life wherever they live. Charlotte is warm and engaging in her style and a strong advocate for regular exercise to improve physical health and help fight against cognitive decline.
Julie is a physiotherapist from Brisbane with experience in aged care and private practice. She enjoys socialising with new people and developing rapport with both her team and people needing treatment.
Abby has been a physio in the Aged Care space for 8 years and has worked in various settings including hospital, rehab, community and outpatients - and she loves it and finds it extremely rewarding! Originally she is from from Adelaide where she studied a Masters of Physiotherapy. After Graduating Abby spent 2 years working in London as a community physio and am currently lives in Melbourne. Abby is particularly interested in the clinical area of osteoarthritis management. Abby is enthusiastic about health generally, and enjoys keeping active with going to the gym, yoga and outdoor activities on weekend with her dog.
Leigh has more than 30 years of experience across all realms of clinical nursing and considers herself fortunate to collaborate with amazingly skilled professionals across the health-scape.
Inverell born, Leigh is completed her training in Queensland at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and has completed her Masters in Clinical Practice Nursing, combined with a Graduate Certificate & Gradute Diploma in Wound Management (continence & stoma).
Leigh's passion lies in promoting best practice wound management across all settings (and distances), making positive change for the future of wound care, & empowering others to do the same.
She also loves the ocean, love gardening, and will continue my personal quest to find Australia’s most superior ginger beer.
Sarah has worked across many areas of nursing such as cancer care, paediatrics and now aged care and love the variety that this line of work offers. The team are engaging with people who are deeply connected to their communities. After working in London for 5.5 years, Sarah returned to Brisbane with an interest in further study and has now completed my Masters in Healthcare Leadership. She is dedicated to continuing using this knowledge as a driving force to expand our virtual healthcare presence across Australia and abroad as a vital tool to support existing healthcare services.
Jess has been a Registered Nurse since 2005 and she also completed a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing, quickly finding her passion of supporting older peoples mental health. She has a strong passion in working with clients with complex mental health and physical health conditions in both the hospital and community settings. Having spent many years in combined mental health clinical leadership and management roles in Melbourne, Jess has moved to the Sunny Coast in Queensland with her family and happily stepped again into direct client care. She enjoys building therapeutic relationships with clients, carers and staff and developing holistic care plans to improve ones' health, recovery and life overall. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her big old dog Bosley, two crazy kittens Lola and Chevy and jumping waves at the beach.
Emma has been a registered nurse for more than 10 years. She has predominantly been in Aged Care throughout her career and reflects that during this time in Nursing she has witnessed many changes within the Aged Care sector as well as many challenges. Whilst her roles have been varied over that time from bedside to leadership and management, there is no doubt that her passion lies with Dementia Care and mentoring. In my spare time, you can find Emma at the beach with her family soaking up the beautiful Queensland rays.

She is keenly interested in addressing common mental health issues. As Renae nears completion of a Master's in Mental Health Nursing, she is keenly focused on recognising, addressing, and supporting mental health conditions to ensure an improved quality of life. Renae brings extensive experience as a registered nurse and in management roles within the dynamic aged care landscape.
Pete is an experienced, compassionate and patient-centered Registered Nurse. Pete’s experience spans more than eight years in a variety of settings including Aged Care, Community and using Telehealth. He enjoyed working within the Telehealth space due to its benefits of improving the accessibility in patient’s care. In his leisure time he enjoys sports, bushwalking, and swimming.
Registered Nurse Vanessa, has a passion for delivering results through creating a tailored, individualised and holistic approach for each client. She considers it a privilege to deliver emotional and supportive care to clients, along with high quality, safe clinical care. She is an experienced nurse, with an extensive background in aged care with strong communication skills and high levels of attention to detail. Her time in the aged care sector has provided Vanessa strengthened capabilities in critical thinking, collaboration and leadership.
Rachael’s experience within the aged care sector began in 2007 working as a carer whilst completing her Bachelor of Nursing degree. It was during this time that she came to love working alongside older people in the community. After graduating in 2010, Rachael gained experience in various roles including funding coordinator, community nurse and care manager positions. Throughout her career she has developed a particular interest in Palliative and Dementia care. In 2023, I was fortunate enough to join the iAgeHealth team and have thoroughly enjoyed connecting with residents and staff via telehealth in rural and remote towns within Australia.
With over 13 years’ experience in healthcare, Lupe has spent time in acute care, primary care and aged care. Starting her career as a personal carer, then a EN to an RN, Lupe believes in further education and training and has her eyes set on completing her Masters in Nursing. Lupe enjoys sharing her passion and pride for aged care through her vibrant personality and caring smile.
Binisha has extensive experience in aged care with a specialized focus on providing compassionate care for elderly individuals with dementia and challenging behaviors.
Driven by an innate passion for working with aged individuals, Binisha goes beyond the conventional realms of nursing, infusing each interaction with empathy, respect, and genuine care. Armed with a wealth of experience, I have honed skills in recognizing and addressing the root causes of challenging behaviors, ensuring that every intervention is tailored to the individual’s needs. In my free time, you'll often find me exploring new corners of the world, immersing myself in different cultures and indulging in local cuisines.
Haley has been a registered nurse for over 20 years with specialities in aged care, chronic disease management, oncology, and palliative care. Haley has a passion for enabling access to quick and reliable healthcare and has opened up a GP medical practice in her local community and running several nurse led services including being a cosmetic nurse injector. She is studying a double master’s degree to gain her nurse practitioner accreditation in primary health care. In her spare time, she loves to be involved in netball with her 2 daughters and watch her son play football.
Mercy is a Nurse Practitioner who specialises in emergency, aged care and palliative care. She has a Master of Nursing degree from James Cook University (Australia). Mercy is passionate about the use of technological innovation to improve access to healthcare.
I graduated with a bachelor of Physiotherapy from James Cook University in Townsville. Since graduating I moved to Brisbane to work in aged care and community role for 3 years, then gained further 3 years experience in a physiotherapy clinic setting. During this time I have developed interest in numerous areas including: dizziness and vertigo, headache and migraines, neurological rehab, chronic and joint pain, and many more. I love spending time with my dog, socialising with friends, self care like yoga and nature walks, and any anything that moves my body! One last interesting fact about me – I’m originally from Japan and moved here when I was 11 years old!.
Sarah has experience working across settings including residential aged care, acute hospital and NDIS services. Originally from Ireland, Sarah studied in Galway and moved to Australia in 2022. Her area of clinical interest includes dysphagia rehabilitation and is passionate about person centred care. Outside of work, you’ll catch Sarah hunting for the best coffee spots in Melbourne.
